Calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium.
The question is how much of these foods do we need to eat to gain the DAILY RECOMMENDED values so we dont become deficient ?
A simplistic answer:
In line with the new Canadian food guide atleast half a plate of veggies is required to meet your vitamin and mineral needs.
