Chocolate Chia Pudding

One of my absolute favorite sweet tooth 😁fixes:

2 TBsp Chia seeds = 4 grams of protein + 11g Fibre 1TBsp dark cocoa powder 2 dates/ 1Tbsp maple syrup 1 TBsp almond butter ½ cup coconut milk Add fruit of choice 🍓🍌 let sit for 5 minutes to get pudding gel-like consistency.

Chia seeds contain fibre and protein. This helps keep blood sugar levels stable and satisfy your sugar craving! Chia seeds also contain a high amount of anti-oxidants and omega 3’s.😚 Great to help with constipation due to its fibre content😅
